Troubleshooting
- Make sure you are using the provided Wall Adapter, other USB ports will not work.
- Reset your unit by unplugging the Adapter, USB cord, and Warming Pad for one minute. Then plug in again, flipping over the mini-USB end.
Not all phones are capable of wireless charging, please confirm with your cell phone provider to confirm if your phone is capable of wireless charging. Also, some phones may not be able to charge on our pad due to magnets inside of the phone, which activates the foreign metal detection and prevents charging.
Our mug and teapot are specially designed with inlaid metallic particles in the bottom layering to allow for magnetic induction heating from the charging pad. Due to these metallic particles, your mug and teapot cannot be microwaved.
Due to the large amount of energy needed to heat the mug for extended periods of time, our charging pad does need to remain plugged in during use.
Our Power Adapter is specially designed with dual output modes, 24W for heating and 15W for wireless phone charging. Other Power Adapters or USB ports, such as computers or laptops, will not work.
Our mug is designed to be 100% dishwasher safe.
**NOTE: For mugs with custom-printed logos, we do not recommend placing them in the dishwasher as the high heat and pressure may damage the logo ink.
For Sio Glassware, it is not recommended to use the dishwasher as the heat and high pressure may strip the smoky gradient finish.
For the Foree Dinnerware, it is also not recommended to use the dishwasher as the high heat and pressure can strip the natural lacquer and cause the wood to deteriorate.
Shipping Information
We ship to all of the United States, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We also ship to almost all countries worldwide.
We primarily use UPS and USPS (US Postal Service). If your order is shipping to a PO Box address, it will be delivered by USPS.
OHOM offers international shipping through UPS or USPS. To place an international order, please select your country during the checkout process. UPS/USPS will calculate the total cost of your order in US Dollars, which includes freight and handling.
Please note that the calculated cost does not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by your country upon import. OHOM is not responsible for these additional charges. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of and cover any taxes or duties imposed by their country's customs.

Warranty
Our ceramic and metal products come with a 10-year limited warranty for any faulty workmanship or materials in normal use consistent with the provided instructions. This warranty applies from the date of purchase by the customer. Discontinued products will be replaced with similar items or items of equivalent value if the original product is no longer available.
Designs produced exclusively for third-party retailers and corporate gifts are not eligible for replacement.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, or improper use of the product. This includes cases of scratches, stains, discoloration, or corrosion. Consequential damage is expressly excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

All electronic parts are covered by our 1-year warranty when used non-commercially in adherence with provided instructions. Damage caused by misuse is excluded.

Returns & Exchanges
OHOM offers refunds and exchanges for items purchased directly from our online store. The refund or exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. All requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Before initiating a return or exchange, we recommend checking out our Trouble Shooting Guide.
We offer complimentary replacements for defective products with similar items or an item of equal value in case the original product is no longer available. We kindly request that customers bear the shipping costs for returns/exchanges if there are no manufacturing or material defects in the product. Returns of items with no issues must arrive complete, in good condition, and in the original packaging.
