Limited Warranty

Ceramic Products

Our ceramic and metal products come with a 3-year limited warranty covering any faulty workmanship or materials under normal use, consistent with the provided instructions. This warranty applies from the date of purchase. Discontinued products will be replaced with similar items or items of equivalent value if the original product is no longer available.

Designs produced exclusively for third-party retailers and corporate gifts are not eligible for replacement. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, or improper use of the product. This includes cases of scratches, stains, discoloration, or corrosion. Consequential damage is expressly excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Electronic Products

All electronic parts are covered by a 1-year warranty when used non-commercially and in adherence with the provided instructions. Damage caused by misuse is excluded.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the OHOM return/exchange policy?

OHOM offers refunds and exchanges for items purchased directly from our online store. Requests for refunds or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Before initiating a return or exchange, we recommend checking our Trouble Shooting Guide.

We provide complimentary replacements for defective products with similar items or items of equal value if the original product is no longer available. We kindly request that customers bear the shipping costs for returns/exchanges if there are no manufacturing or material defects in the product. Returns of items with no issues must arrive complete, in good condition, and in the original packaging.

Troubleshooting Guide

  • Use only the USB cord provided by OHOM
  • Unplug the USB cord
  • Wait 30 Seconds
  • Plug the USB cord back in
  • Test the unit to see if it start heating. The bottom of the OHOM unity Product should start to feel warm.

Other types of USB power supplies are not compatible with OHOM Unity Products. Please use only the power supply provided by OHOM.

Laptop, computer, or any other type of USB port will NOT work with the OHOM Pad.

If you're still experiencing issues, try flipping the USB cord 180° and reconnecting it to the OHOM Pad.

If the issue persists, don't worry. Your OHOM products is covered by a one-year limited warranty. Please contact us at support@ohom.com. We'll be happy to assist you with a replacement or exchange.
