Silky Indulgence Chocolate Fondue

This luxurious blend of rich dark and smooth milk chocolate, combined with a hint of vanilla and a touch of orange liqueur, creates an unforgettable taste experience. The addition of heavy cream and vanilla ice cream ensures an extra creamy texture that will melt in your mouth with every bite. Perfect for dipping your favorite fruits, marshmallows, or pastries, this fondue is an ideal treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 30g Dark Chocolate Chips (70% Cacao)
  • 15g Milk Chocolate Chips (30% Cacao)
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 Slice Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Starch
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Orange Liqueur (optional, for added flavor)

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 1/2 tablespoons of heavy cream into the Fondi.
  2. Add 1 slice of butter to the Fondi.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of orange liqueur to the Fondi (optional).
  4. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of starch into the Fondi.
  5. Add 30g of dark chocolate chips to the Fondi.
  6. Add 15g of milk chocolate chips to the Fondi.
  7. Add 2 tablespoons of vanilla ice cream to the Fondi.
  8. Cover the Fondi with its lid and place it on the OHOM Pad. Allow it to warm for 6 minutes.
  9. Remove the lid and stir the ingredients well. Replace the lid and let it sit for another 6 minutes.
  10. Open the lid and stir the mixture continuously for about 1 minute, or until the chocolate is smooth and creamy. Dip your favorite fruits into the melted chocolate and enjoy!

Note

Liqueur enhances the flavor and adds depth to the chocolate fondue. We recommend orange liqueur for its citrusy aroma, which pairs wonderfully with fruit. Feel free to choose a different liqueur to suit your taste preference. Adding liqueur is optional, as it contains alcohol.
