Ingredients
- 80g Pumpkin Puree
- 30g Shredded Gouda Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic, chopped
- 1 Slice Onion, chopped
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the Fondi.
- Fill the Sio pitcher with water up to the 5th dot indicator.
- Cover the Fondi with its lid and place it on the OHOM Pad to heat for 7 minutes.
- After 7 minutes, remove the lid and add the chopped garlic and onion to the Fondi.
- Stir-fry until the garlic and onion become fragrant.
- Keep the Fondi on the OHOM Pad to stay warm for later use.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine 80g of pumpkin puree, 30g of shredded gouda cheese, and 3 tablespoons of heavy cream.
- Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes, until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
