Creamy Cold Brew Latte

Whether you’re starting your morning or taking a midday break, the Chilled Cream Cold Brew Latte is sure to keep you cool and satisfied.

Ingredients

  • 6 Sio spoons (or 12 tablespoons) of ground coffee (coarse grind)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Scoop 6 Sio spoons (or 12 tablespoons) of coarse-ground coffee into the Sio pitcher’s strainer.
  2. Fill the Sio pitcher with water up to the 5th dot indicator.
  3. Cover with the lid and refrigerate for 12 hours to brew.
  4. After brewing, remove the strainer from the Sio pitcher.
  5. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon of agave syrup to the glass.
  7. Slowly pour the cold brew coffee into the glass, followed by the heavy whipping cream for a rich and creamy finish.
  8. Stir lightly and enjoy your refreshing cold-brewed iced coffee latte!

Note

For cold brew, it’s recommended to use medium or dark roast beans, as they provide a richer and smoother taste. Ensure that the coffee grind is coarse, not fine, for the best brewing results.
